From Idea to Implementation

We didn't set out to build a coffee brand. We just wanted our favorite blend back—a coffee that was bold, smooth, and full of chocolate flavor. When our go-to roaster closed, we began a journey: tasting, testing, and refining over 100 roast profiles. Late nights. Countless "almost there" moments. Until we found *the one*.

A Chocolatey Coffee Experience

From over 111 bean varieties, we have selected a unique blend: 70% Arabica, 30% Canephora (Robusta) – grown in Kodagu, India, with natural cocoa and nut notes. It is smooth, low in acidity, and chocolate-forward — the characteristic taste behind every pack of Choc the Bean.

Why Every Bag Looks Different

We couldn't settle on just one design—because we didn't want to. Instead, we built our own AI pipeline that generates hundreds of unique packaging artworks. Each bag is a visual statement: structured, bold, artistic, and completely unique.

Designed to Disrupt

To make this possible, we had to convince printing houses to do something unprecedented: digitally print over 10,000 individual backgrounds on coffee bags. Most said no — too complex. Too risky. But we found partners who were willing to break a few rules with us — in roasting, printing, and packaging.
